New staff Positions open!

Hey folks new staff positions are opening up on the server.

We have 3 available slots for Junior Admin - Junior Admin are not full Admin, they will similar server powers but will ultimately answer to the Admin, Head Admin and Owner. Ideally applicants should be 18+ but we will accept applications from proven mature 16+ year old players.

We have 1 available slot for Head Moderator - The Head Moderator will be responsible for managing his team of Moderators and moderating the general playerbase both on the server and on the forums. 16+ is the age limit on Head Moderator.

We have 3 available slots for Moderators - All moderators will report directly to the Head Moderator, this means if there is an issue they are unsure of or they notice other staff misbehaving they must report it to the Head Moderator  who in turn will bring it up with the Head Admin. They ARE NOT try and solve the issue themselves.

We have 1 available slot for Head Builder - The Head Builder will be responsible for managing his team of Builders on the server. This Position is on and off staff rank as once the main maps are completed new builds will likely be few and far between. This rank also has no official power over the general playerbase, they solely control their own team. Any issues with players or staff are to be reported to the Head Admin. 16+ Only.

We have 3 available slots for Builder - Builders report directly to the Head Builder and are responsible only for constructing and maintaining buildings/maps.

Ranks have been structured in this way to help spread out responsibilities. Each type of staff (admin, mod, builder) reports directly to their respective head and that is also where they receive their orders. No other member of staff is to attempt to order about or control the actions of staff outside of their own group. The only exceptions to this are the Head Admin and Owner, any order given from either of these people is to be followed and cannot be countered by any other head or staff member. All heads of staff are to also report to the Head Admin NOT the Owner as he has his own concerns and agendas and doesn't need the hassle of stopping for every staff/player that needs helps help.

Beyond general in-game chatting and exchanging of pleasantries, the only official actions staff can take against other types of staff is for Mods to POLITELY put a general reminder in chat about obeying the rule that may have just been broken and Builders are allowed to POLITELY request that staff not involved in current construction leave the building site. Should either of these 2 situations occur each request should be respected and followed. Any staff found ignoring the requests will be reprimanded. Repeated incidents that lead to reprimands will result in lose of rank and potential banning from the server.
